The names Casey-Michelle.

I’m not necessarily one of those “love and light” wellness gurus by any means. In fact, one of the things I love the most about sharing breathwork is the way I’m able to share it in my own down to earth, grounded approach. You don’t have to know a thing about zodiacs or chakras to learn how to breathe properly and stabilize your nervous system (although I’m into those things too).

Before diving into breathwork, I was working 60+ hours in the film industry, eating to fill emotional voids, had zero sense of community, and was basically on autopilot. But when I realized that the way we are breathing is literally the way we are living, I made it a point to prioritize the breath as much as it prioritizes me. Shallow breaths = shallow thoughts.

I’ve now been leading others through the power of the breath for around 4 years and I feel the most connected to my truest self than I ever have in my life. I want others to experience this freedom as well. The less breaths, the more presence!
